ChemReg Compliance Solutions, LLC (CRCS) provides scientific and regulatory compliance guidance to companies that make, sell or import chemicals and chemical products.

We help companies meet  chemistry and toxicology obligations under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA), the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act (FFDCA), the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), and the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA), to name a few.

Our clients include companies that manufacture and sell chemicals, food additives, food contact substances, pesticides, cosmetics and household consumer products. We also provide expert witness services in these areas.

Dr. Saadia Eltayeb and Dr. Leslie Patton, a chemist and toxicologist respectively, founded their partnership  on the core values of scientific excellence and business integrity. Together, they bring more than 30 years of experience in regulatory chemistry and toxicology.
